SA FIRE Tryouts 2011-2012
- Player age levels must fall between the following dates for eligibility:
(includes U11 - U12)
- Player Information Sheet can be accessed here prior to tryouts and/or filled out
below.
- Medical Release forms can be accessed here.
- Read the Player Commitment form and Release Waiver for information
about the SA FIRE Soccer Club.
- Please be sure to complete the forms and bring them to tryouts.
